Note: The C5 form itself is free if submitted directly via the Jamaican Government’s official website. Our fee covers convenience, form review, and customer support.

 

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and immediate processing, all payments are non-refundable once the form is submitted or processing begins. For refund requests due to errors or duplicate payments, contact [email protected] within 24 hours.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Governmental decisions, delays, or rejections

  • Downtime or inaccessibility of official systems
