Who Must Complete the C5 Declaration?
The C5 Declaration is mandatory for everyone traveling to Jamaica by air. Each passenger is required to submit the online form with accurate information to be presented before the Immigration Department and the Customs Authority.
The C5 Declaration is not a visa. This is an online travel document containing travelers’ personal details as well as information on the flight to Jamaica and the accommodation details.
The information from the CD Declaration is monitored and kept with the Jamaican PICA – the Passport Immigration and Citizenship Agency and JCA – the Jamaica Customs Agency.

If you have already applied with us and you are still missing the approved C5 Declaration, please contact us as soon as possible. To check if we have received your application, we may need your names and email, but also the date of applying and the last 4 digits of your credit card.
I have entered wrong information. Can I edit an application that has already been approved?
Yes. If plans have changed, your flight has been moved to another date, or anything else, just write us and we will send you the updated C5 Declaration for visiting Jamaica without charging you further.
